Aisha Hinds is an American actress who is best famous for her role in the television shows The Shield and True Blood. She has proven her versatility in 2003 with her amazing performances on television shows such as 9-1-1 Detroit, 1-8-7, and Under the Dome. Anna's performance as a character in Assault on Precinct 13 was her first major breakthrough. It was however her portrayal of feminist activist Fannie Louis Hamer, in the documentary film All the Way, which earned her the respect she deserved as an actress. Hind was also recognized for her portrayal of Harriet Tubman in WGN America's historical drama series Underground. She currently stars on the procedural drama series 9-1-1 in the leading role of firefighter/paramedic Henrietta Hen Wilson. 20th Century Fox Television announced that 9-1-1 is scheduled to be renewed for a second season. Hind has recently completed filming for the Hollywood movie Godzilla: King of the Monsters and will be released in the middle of 2019. After that, she was rewarded with great acclaim for her portrayal of Chokher Bali (2003) a tense drama inspired by Rabindranath Tagore's book. She became the very first Indian actress to serve on the jury of Cannes Film Festival during the same year. Bachchan was in Gurinder Chadha's Bride and Prejudice a musical and dance adaptation to Jane Austen's Pride and Prejudice. Bachchan has been able to add her stunning beauty and glam to her debut major English language film. In 2006, she returned to Bollywood with the hit film Dhoom: 2 before releasing Provoked: The True Story (2006). Abhishek Bachchan was a frequent actor and father of Bollywood icon Amitabh Bachchan.
